The specification sheet below outlines the original data for the GP2, built between 2012 and 2014. The production run was limited to 2000 units world wide, with only 288 built for the UK (in UK Spec).
There are currently 213 GP2’s on the UK roads, with 36 currently on SORN (statutory Off Road Notice) and are possibly locked up in private car collections around the UK. The data states that 39 GP2’s have been written off.
These figures make the GP2 one of the most rare production MINIs ever built.
